On this day, 39 years ago, President Idi Amin Dada threatened to invade Tanzania to repel an attack. He , however, added that he was yet to make  a decision on when he would send his ground and air forces to attack. The Ugandans accused Tanzanian forces aided by Cubans of wiping out a military garrison near the Uganda-Tanzania border and shooting down a Uganda Air force plane. RDC orders Police to disperse age limit meeting – GenPost
